Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify any details, including shipping address or item quantity. If you made an error in your order, please contact us immediately at saintamandofficial@gmail.com with your order number and issue.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped. 
  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order ships.
  • we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
  • By placing an order, you agree that once your item has shipped or been delivered, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be accepted. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting evidence.
  • PRODUCTION & DELAYS

If an order exceeds the stated shipping window, we will contact you by email with an update.

 

 

At that point, you may:

  • Continue to wait for your order, or
  • Request a full refund

By choosing to continue waiting after receiving a shipping update, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute.

 

There is never a need to dispute a charge — we will always provide a refund if you no longer wish to wait.


CHARGEBACK & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us is considered misuse of the payment system when:

  • You have received a shipping update, and
  • You were offered the option to cancel for a refund

In such cases, we will submit:

  • Order confirmation
  • Product shipping terms
  • Email records
  • Proof of refund option

This may result in:

  • The chargeback being denied
  • Account action from the payment processor

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS  

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us at saintamandofficial@gmail.com for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

🚨 Incorrect Shipping Address: If your package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
